On Saturday, August 15 at 10:00 pm BST/9:00 pm UTC, the streaming video service we use, Panopto, will be making a number of updates to improve performance and scalability. These updates will require up to 3 hours of downtime. During this period, you will not be able to access videos on The Hub. If you plan on studying during this time, we recommend getting the Hub Mobile App (instructions within the introduction topic of your course) and downloading the videos you require for offline playback beforehand.
